Former Shrewsbury Town star Dean Henderson makes Blades switch

Henderson spent the whole of last season with Salop, playing 48 games.

The 21-year-old goalkeeper signed a new two-year United deal, with the option of a further year, last week.

Blades boss Chris Wilder said: “This is a big one for us, as Dean was certainly a target for rival clubs in our division. Dean is a confident boy. He had a fantastic season for Shrewsbury.”
