Robins await if Town can spring a shock
Shrewsbury will travel to take on Bristol City in the fifth round of the FA Cup if they can win their replay against Wolves.
Sam Ricketts’ side were just minutes away from an historic victory when they played out a 2-2 with Nuno Espírito Santo’s side on Saturday.
The teams will lock horns again in a replay at Molineux a week today.
And the winner will then travel to take on Championship outfit Bristol City for a place in the quarter-finals of the world’s oldest cup competition. That tie will be played between February 15 and 18.
If Shrewsbury do beat Wolves, they will bag £180,000 in prize money. A potential victory over the Robins would then net the club £360,000.
Elsewhere, holders Chelsea have been drawn at home to Manchester United in the glamour tie of the round while favourites Manchester City will travel to either Middlesbrough or Newport County.
AFC Wimbledon have been drawn against Millwall; Doncaster Rovers will welcome Crystal Palace; Portsmouth or QPR will face Watford and Swansea will host Barnet or Brentford.
