Gregory saved two kicks in a dramatic shootout at Market Drayton’s Greenfields base after the final had ended all square after 90 minutes at 1-1.
A youthful Town side had taken a 10th-minute lead through Archie Elmore but were pegged back on 25 minutes.
Bucks striker Marcus Dinanga was the man on target, picking himself up to confidently slot home from the penalty spot after he had been fouled.
The second half failed to serve up a winner and it was Gregory who grabbed the headlines in the penalty shootout with two saves as Town won 4-3 on spot-kicks.
