West Brom 1 Wolves 1 - Wolves player ratings

Joe Edwards rates the players after Wolves' 1-1 draw at fierce rivals Albion.

Wolverhampton Wanderers' Fabio Silva celebrates (PA)

Rui Patricio

Pulled off a sublime reaction save to deny Gallagher from close range shortly into the second half.

Nothing he could do about Diagne's header. 7

Nelson Semedo

Had some good moments going forward, forcing a sharp stop from Johnstone after nicking the ball off Ajayi.

Was also involved in Silva's goal as he surged down the right flank. 7

Conor Coady

After being beaten all ends up by Chris Wood against Burnley, Coady tightened things up.

Did the basics well, clearing his lines quickly when needed and bringing the ball out calmly on other occasions. 7

Romain Saiss

Had defended fairly well up until the equaliser.

The Moroccan completely lost track of Diagne as the target man levelled for Albion with a free header. Just switched off. 6

Rayan Ait-Nouri

Limped off towards the end, but the young Frenchman defended pretty well throughout.

Has sharpened up in that respect and also went on some mazy runs. 7

Leander Dendoncker

Covered plenty of ground and applied himself better than he did against Burnley.

Still not having a great influence with the ball at his feet, though. 6

Ruben Neves

His effort could not be faulted either. Neves was regularly seen flying into challenges, even if it meant hacking players down.

Still not at full sharpness when in possession. 6

Vitinha

Came up with a clever flick in the build-up to Silva's opener.

Those sort of moments have been few and far between for Wolves this season and Vitinha showed an encouraging appetite to get on the ball throughout.

You would think he has done enough to keep his place for the clash with Brighton on Sunday. 7

Owen Otasowie

Making just his second senior start, and playing out of position, Otasowie did as well as he could have been expected to, really.

Naturally, he gave the ball away a few times early on but applied himself well and was a physical threat. 7

Fabio Silva

It may have been a bit fortunate, but another goal for the teenager moves him on to four for the season.

Got in the right place at the right time and worked hard. Seems worthy of keeping that starting berth for the final few games. 7

Adama Traore

Had a few bright moments but did not have the best of games.

Struggled to create any clear opportunities for his team-mates. 6

Subs

Daniel Podence (for Otasowie, 71)

Had a few touches but nothing of real note. 5

Morgan Gibbs-White (for Vitinha, 80)

Also not involved hugely as the rain crashed down. 5

Max Kilman (for Ait-Nouri, 82)

Not troubled late on. 5

Not used: Ruddy (gk), Hoever, Marques, Cundle, Corbeanu, Jose
