Chey Dunkley
The big defender played every single League One game last season and was awesome in centre of Shrewsbury’s back three.
This campaign he will not have the trusty Matthew Pennington to his right and he won’t have the energy of Luke Leahy in front of him.
Dunkley is suspended for the first game after a red card he picked up at Lincoln on the final day of the season, but he has been battling with an Achilles injury in any case so was unlikely to feature.
His strength was, without doubt, heading balls out of his box and unsurprisingly he was a major threat in the opposing box.
