When Tom Bayliss is on song, Shrewsbury Town are a much better team.
That is the view of Salop head coach Matt Taylor as his side prepared for their clash against Charlton today.
Town have had a disappointing run of late run, not scoring in their last five games.
And one of the keys to correcting that goal-scoring form is getting the best out of Bayliss, one of the club’s most gifted players.
“Tom is a magnificent footballer,” Taylor said when asked how he is going to help Bayliss rediscover his best form. “I think the conversations I have had with him have not been around football.
