Just two days after their brilliant win against Derby County at the weekend, they are back in league action with a trip to Yorkshire to take on the Tykes.

Taylor’s Shrews put in their best performance of his short tenure to overcome the Rams demonstrating what they are capable of when they are at their best.

And the Town head coach believes his side are developing a real connection with each other saying they are ‘all in’.

He said: “We have had a lot of suffering at this club this season and you cannot waiver as a head coach, you cannot waiver in your belief. We have not once done that.

“What you see now is a group of men who are 100 per cent together. These players are emotionally connected and they understand the importance of that real deep connection.

“That might sound a bit odd, but when you lead a group you need a common theme that links you together, that is what we have here.

“I have said previously, that you do not understand the importance of injured players asking me if they can travel to away games.
