Chey Dunkley and Jason Sraha’s stoppage-time goals saw Salop overturn a 2-1 deficit in the most incredible circumstances at the weekend.

For the majority of the game, Reading had looked as if they were heading for their first away league win in almost 12 months until the late late show flipped the game on its head.

And the Town head coach thinks the result is huge for him, his staff and his players.

“I think what that does is it makes everyone feel a bit better, and it relieves a bit of pressure that you can feel is going to be way when you are losing games of football,” he said.
