Walsall had a lot of opportunities on the night, but they so often missed the target completely, not forcing Burgoyne into action. But he was on hand to save Danny Johnson's penalty with a good low stop to his left.
Tunmise Sobowale, 7
A solid performance from Sobowale playing on the right side of a back three, slightly deeper than what we are used to seeing him play. He did well in that position before moving to wing-back late on.
Joe Anderson, 6
He was given his chance on the left side of the back three so he would have been disappointed with not dealing with Jackson Smith's long clearance for Walsall's opener.
