Carl Darlington leaves The New Saints
Carl Darlington has stepped down from his coaching role at The New Saints.
The club confirmed the news in a statement published on their website, wishing him all the best in the future.
"As the curtain comes down on another successful season at The New Saints, we say farewell to Carl Darlington." Read the statement.
"[Carl's been a] popular figure at Park Hall, he has played a massive part in the ongoing success of The New Saints during his time at the club."
Ian Williams, TNS' chief operating officer offered his compliments to Robinson who is making the move to seek 'a different challenge'.
"The club would like to thank Carl for his contribution to our success over the past few years." Said Williams.
"He has helped mentor and develop the coaching staff throughout the club during his time with us to an extremely high standard and we all wish him well in his future endeavours."
Robinson issued his thanks to the club as well, whilst also praising the fans who also oversaw the club's recent historic achievements.
"This decision was extremely hard as everyone wants to be successful and consecutively win honours." He said.
"I have loved every second at TNS Football Club and would like to personally thank Mike Harris, Helen Harris and Ian Williams for their strategic vision and drive.
"Also, Craig Harrison, Scott Ruscoe, Steve Evans and the support staff for their professionalism and winning mentality.
"The players have been outstanding and are such a credit to the football club.
"And finally I would also like to say a special goodbye to the fans who have always made me welcome and I would like to thank you for your support."
