New Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo excited to take on Molineux challenge
New Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo is ready to embrace the challenge at Wolves following his appointment at Molineux.
The 43-year-old joined Wolves following Paul Lambert's departure and is eager to prepare himself for the rigours of the Championship next season.
"I like challenge and I appreciate people, so the moment I met people from Wolves I was delighted." said Nuno.
"I want to help the team succeed. We as a coaching staff have to see and adapt, we know that it's hard and really tough, but we are ready.
"We have to organise to plan to build the squad."
When asked about his plan to help improve Wolves' consistency and performance levels, the ex-Porto boss refused to set targets, but insisted plans were in place to help improve the club.
"Now is the moment of planning, not making targets.
"We'll go from day one, and not look to May when we're only in June.
"We'll bring commitment, first of all, we'll try to make the players better each day.
"We believe this is the way we develop the team.

"We bring hard work, good planning, strategy - things that can make wolves a better team and a winning team.
"I know that it's going to be a little bit of adaptation from us, i think we can do it with help from the club.
"Everywhere we went we had to adapt and adjust and this is how a coach works.
Ryan Bennett was the first player to join Wolves under Nuno, and the boss believes strongly in the players doing their best to help Wolves find success in the Championship as they aim to gain promotion to the Premier League.
"It all depends on the players, now it's important to look at the players we have.
"The difference will be the players, we have to improve them, make them better.
"We need to build a strong squad, so nothing changes really in football
"England is a different atmosphere, a different style of play, but nothing is different in football as long as you get the right recipe.
"We have to get good players, as long as they perform. We already have players that can deliver."
