Wolves striker Nouha Dicko back in action
Wolves striker Nouha Dicko is back in training and could feature in Saturday's curtain-raiser against Middlesbrough.
Dicko missed Wolves' last two pre-season fixtures against Peterborough and Leicester and there were fears he would miss the start of the Championship campaign.
However boss Nuno Espirito Santo revealed at today's press conference that he's now back training with the first team.
"He’s already training with us," Nuno said. "He was a couple of days out, not a critical injury. We’ve just taken care of him – now he’s ready to go."
However the news isn't as positive on Kortney Hause.
He hasn't featured yet in pre-season and suffered a setback after originally only being sidelined for a couple of weeks.
He is now due back in training next week.
Nuno added: "Kortney is a different case, he still didn’t join the group. He’s doing his recovery, doing physical work. Hopefully next week he’ll start."
Wolves still have a few players on the treatment table. Helder Costa is at least a month away from returning after ankle surgery, Phil Ofosu-Ayeh faces another three weeks out and Ben Marshall is sidelined with a hip problem.
Ivan Cavaleiro misses Saturday's Boro clash through suspension after his red card against Derby at the end of last season.
