The 22-year-old has been impressed with Wolves’ head coach since arriving at Wolves for £18million this summer.

The Spaniard is yet to make his first start in the Premier League in old gold and black colours.

But Traore believes he will only get better under Nuno’s expert one-to-one coaching.

He said: “I think he is a fantastic manager.

“He speaks with me a lot, I speak with him, one-to-one, about tactics, what I need to improve on and work on.

“We speak about my good things and how I can explode to produce my maximum I can give on the pitch.

“We have spoken about my tactics, my quality, about everything in my game.

“He doesn’t just do this with me, but with everyone, every single player, to get the best out of the team.

“I think that’s very good.

“I am happy to be here and I will work 100 per cent to get the best out of myself.”

Traore has impressed from the bench in his seven Premier League appearances for Wolves – but Nuno believes he has improvements to make.

And the winger agrees, saying he needs to work on his defensive and tactical capabilities on the football pitch.

He said: “I think I need to work on the defensive side of my game, on the tactical side.

“It’s different tactics to where I came from, Middlesbrough, so I need to keep working on that.

“I also need to work on my finishing and on my ‘last metres’ in front of the goal, so I need to work on a lot of things.

“I need to speak with the manager and the coaches and they say ‘yes’, but they tell me there are a lot of good things that I’m doing as well.

“I’m only focusing on being better every day and these things are in my

mind.”
