Rui Patricio

Sent the wrong way twice from the spot by Pereira while also being beaten by Ajayi's looping header.

Did well to deny Robinson in the first half but continues to be let down by those in front of him. 5

Nelson Semedo

Kept Grosicki pretty quiet and was a decent attacking outlet in the first half. The best of a bad bunch defensively. 5

Conor Coady

Gave away the second penalty when he got sucked in by Robinson, who was looking to spin past the Wolves skipper.

An awful afternoon was summed up with him being taken off for the first time by Nuno. 3

Willy Boly

Set up Silva's goal and got one of his own but also gave away a spot-kick by tripping Robinson. Brought back in with the idea of improving things at the back, he did not really do that. 4

Romain Saiss

Playing as a left-back, Saiss struggled to provide any threat going forward and was given a tough time by Snodgrass. 3

Ruben Neves

Had been a standout performer in the couple of games previous to this one, but Neves was guilty of giving away possession too cheaply.

Was then substituted in the second half as he looked to be clutching his arm. 3

Leander Dendoncker

Got himself into a few goalscoring positions but is lacking conviction in front of goal.

Still yet to open his account for the season and should at least have a few to his name considering the positions he takes up. 3

Joao Moutinho

Also lost the ball on too many occasions and the Portuguese proved ineffective in the middle of the park. 3

Adama Traore

Had the beating of Gibbs on a fair few occasions and got some shots off but played a part in Albion's opener. A lot of crosses that led to nothing, too. 4

Fabio Silva

Took his goal well and you could see the relief and joy on his face after slotting past Button.

That will have boosted his confidence, no doubt, but Silva spent large parts of the game uninvolved and was also booked for simulation late on. 4

Pedro Neto

Albion did well to crowd him out but Neto still managed to fire over some inviting crosses from the left flank. Had his moments. 5

Subs

Morgan Gibbs-White (for Neves, 59)

Failed improve things in the middle of the park. 4

Rayan Ait-Nouri (for Coady, 64)

Also did not do much. 4

Patrick Cutrone (for Moutinho, 79)

Missed a big chance. 4
