Nelson Semedo of Wolverhampton Wanderers (AMA)

Rui Patricio

Will have had his confidence boosted by that long-awaited clean sheet.

Made some good saves along the way including a downward header from Rudiger in the first half. 8

Willy Boly

Excellent from start to finish. This was Boly back at his best.

Made several towering headers and a vital block when Chelsea were applying pressure towards the end.

When he is on song, he is among the top centre-halves in the league. Brilliant. 9

Conor Coady

Led by example. Typically vocal, always organising those around him and providing encouragement too.

His own game was hugely improved from the previous few matches as well. 8

Max Kilman

Given the nod again with Saiss working his way back to full fitness, Kilman put in an assured showing.

Competed well all night. 8

Nelson Semedo

His standout showing in a Wolves shirt. Semedo has taken time to adjust since his summer move from Barcelona, but hopefully he has now turned the corner.

Did very well against Chilwell in the first half and looked equally as solid on the left-hand side in the second.

A superb showing from the Portuguese, who kept Hudson-Odoi pretty quiet after the break. 9

Leander Dendoncker

Provided a lot of energy in the middle of the park, but Dendoncker is still lacking conviction in front of goal.

Saw a decent headed chance fly over in the first half and saw a good opportunity towards the end slip by after a loose touch. 6

Ruben Neves

Jorginho and Kovacic were busy early on for the Blues but as the game went on, their impact waned and Neves started to make his presence felt more.

Offered sound protection in front of the defence. 7

Rayan Ait-Nouri

Forced off at half-time with a knock. Struggled at times against Hudson-Odoi. 5

Adama Traore

Did not really get involved all that much and when he did, he often lost his footing. Not a great showing. 5

Daniel Podence

Nice to see him back in action after a month on the sidelines.

Won a few clever fouls and helped Wolves go on some promising counter-attacks. 7

Pedro Neto

Agonisingly saw his lob graze the crossbar and go over. That would have been a brilliant way to win it, but it was still a valuable point.

Put in some decent crosses, but nobody was there to attack them. 7

Subs

Ki-Jana Hoever (for Ait-Nouri, 46)

Played his part in keeping the clean sheet. Cool. 7

Willian Jose (for Podence, 72)

Helped out with an important block late in the game. 7

Joao Moutinho (for Traore, 90)
