Willy Boly of Wolverhampton Wanderers and Mohamed Salah of Liverpool (AMA)

Rui Patricio

A worrying moment as he had to be stretchered off late on after colliding with Coady.

Was unable to keep out Jota's strike earlier on, but the main thing is his condition.

Big relief to hear that he was conscious after the game and remembered what happened. Hopefully he is not out for long. Wishing him a speedy recovery. N/A

Willy Boly

Nice to see him back from a hamstring issue.

Wolves are a better side with Boly in it and his aerial presence helped. 7

Conor Coady

Unable to guide a header on target after being found by defensive partner Saiss.

That was arguably Wolves' best chance. 6

Romain Saiss

Found Coady with that well-placed inswinging cross.

Also booked for a foul on former teammate Jota. Only his second yellow of the season, though. 6

Nelson Semedo

Attacked well and caused problems early on for Liverpool.

Wolves appealed for a penalty as he was sent tumbling by Alisson, before forcing a decent save from the Brazilian. 7

Ruben Neves

Dragged an effort wide not long before Liverpool scored, and he should have tested Alisson, really.

His passing was a bit off at times. 6

Joao Moutinho

His best performance in a long time. Moutinho calmly stroked the ball about in the middle of the park and looked classy all night.

Showed fancy footwork to evade challenges on several occasions.

A joy to watch when he plays like that. 8

Jonny Castro Otto

Got forward well and sent over a lovely cross for the Neves chance.

Another pretty solid outing on the whole. 7

Pedro Neto

Fairly quiet display from Neto in the end.

Worked hard as ever and had some good moments in the first half but Liverpool, overall, did a good job on him. 6

Willian Jose

Linked up play nicely in the first half and had much more urgency in his actions.

Remains goalless, though, and did not go close to scoring against the Reds, unfortunately. 6

Adama Traore

Got into some promising positions but could not quite make it count.

Had the beating of Robertson at times but his lack of goals and assists, ultimately, continues. 6

Subs

Fabio Silva (for Jose, 69)

Put himself about but could not connect properly with a couple of headers. 6

Leander Dendoncker (for Neves, 76)

Only made a few passes. N/A

Morgan Gibbs-White (for Semedo, 84)

John Ruddy (for Patricio, 90+10)
