Luke Cundle being lined up for summer move away from Wolves
Luke Cundle is being lined up for a summer move after being left out of Wolves’ pre-season trip to Portugal and Ireland.
The 21-year-old was included in Wolves’ short Portugal camp at the beginning of July, but omitted from the squad for the latest trip to Portugal and Ireland for friendlies against Porto and Celtic after not being selected by Julen Lopetegui.
Cundle, who played 34 times in all competitions while on loan at Championship side Swansea last season, is now expected to secure another move this summer before the transfer window shuts.
Since Wolves’ under-21 side returned from their pre-season camp in Slovakia, Cundle has been training with the group at Compton and some Championship clubs have now shown an interest in taking him on loan.
