The talented youngsters showed nerves of steel to emerge victorious from a penalty shoot-out against Racing Club Warwick.

Coleshill Town’s Pack Meadows base was the venue for the final where the sides battled their way to an entertaining 2-2 draw at the end of normal time.

Brad Healey bagged Allscott’s first goal with a stunning free-kick with Jack Henry adding their second.

Healey and Henry were then successful from the spot along with Jack Dalton, Caiden Sadd and George Handley as Allscott netted all five

of their penalties.

That gave keeper Andrew Ghiglieri the chance to become the hero of the hour and he duly obliged with a stunning penalty save to see Allscott win 5-4.

Chairman Tom Ford was delighted to see the youngsters’ hard work rewarded.

He said: “Allscott football club is growing from strength to strength and as chairman I am thrilled to have a team that is enjoying their football and growing as players.

“Winning this cup is a reward for all their hard work and the commitment of the coaching staff.”
