Will Reed signs up for a fourth year at Telford Tigers
Will Reed will return for a fourth season with the Telford Tigers after agreeing to sign for the coming season.
The 17-year-old – who joined the Tigers’ under-18 set-up during the 2016/17 season – will predominantly link up with Tigers 2. And coach Dave Fielder is delighted to have secured the services of the England under-19 international.
He said: “Will is a good young defenceman. I first saw Will play when he was competing with the Midlands under-17s team and I saw a lot of potential.
“I’m looking forward to working with Will to help him improve his game and progress in the sport.”
Reed added: “I’m really excited to be back in Telford this season and looking forward to working with a new coach.
“After missing the end of last season due to injury, I can’t wait to get going again and hopefully win some silverware.”
