Telford Tigers prepare for bumper attendance
Telford Tigers fans have been urged to arrive early for Sunday's visit of Manchester Phoenix with the attendance expected to break the 1000-plus barrier.
Last week's game with Milton Keynes saw the largest crowd at Telford since the Tigers were reformed in 2009.
Management will be opening the majority of the downstairs section at Telford Ice Rink in a bid to accommodate an expected additional travelling support of well over 300 fans.
The main stand will also be segregated, to make sure all fans can find their seats in time for the 5.30pm face-off.
Tigers general manager Paul Thomason said: "There is no doubt that having bigger crowds has helped the team and we want everyone to get a good view of the game.
"We are currently fighting to make sure we make the play-offs, while Manchester still have the league title to think about. There will be a cracking atmosphere.
"The advice is simple. Get here early, find your seat or standing area, and enjoy the game.
"The more noise the fans make, the better it will be for our players on the ice."
Following an extensive refurbishment programme, the capacity of Telford Ice Rink now stands at 1,200, with plans afoot to install extra seating next season.
