Stalker has joined the Midlands Two West (North) outfit as their new coach within weeks of leaving Newport following their relegation from National League Three Midlands.
And the new Ludlow chief, who has also coached at Wrexham, Whitchurch and Chester, is relishing his new challenge.
He said: "I am very happy to be here and looking forward to meeting the team."
Stalker replaces Dave Irish who resigned from the post in February citing disagreements with players over his methods as the reason for his exit.
