The 27-year-old was at Stourbridge for seven years after graduating from London Irish's academy and Loughborough Students.
As an openside flanker, Rodley played 27 games and scored two tries last season to help Stourbridge to fourth place in National Two North.
That's the division above where the All Blacks will kick off, having made five signings in the close-season.
Captain Dan Griffiths said: "It shows a real intent that we're going up to national level to compete."
Coming on board are Josh Winfield, Llew Williams, Sam Wilson, Jordan Burgess and Jack Lowe.
