The Edgar Davies Ground outfit ended the season on a high note with a 32-0 victory in the final against Hereford.

Griffiths’ red card late on was the only blot on the club’s copybook as they added silverware to a fine sixth-placed finish in the National League 3 Midlands.

Jordan Burgess and then Connor Nicholls went over for the All-Blacks before Jack Lowe sped down the flank to score in the corner for 17-0.

Further scores from Connor Nicholls, Llew Williams and youngster Ben Hughes completed the rout.

Bridgnorth scrum-half Gareth Bladen hailed the end of season victory as important, before claiming the club can improve as they look to build on a debut National League campaign.

Bladen said: “There’s a lot to build on for the next campaign. We want to get better and better and I’m sure we will learn a lot from our first season in the National Leagues and do our best to push up the table next season.”
