Santa and Shrewsbury Severn Rotary Club’s new sleigh will be back in town on November 20 following last year’s cancellation of the event.

Rotary announce that Santa will be arriving at 5.00 pm for a three hour ‘special’ at the bottom of Pride Hill.

“He will be delighted to meet and talk to children from his brand-new sleigh,” said Shrewsbury Severn Rotary Club president David Morris.

“I am also certain that Santa will be doing his very best to assure children that their Christmas gift requests will hopefully all be met on the big day.”

David added: “We shall also have elves in attendance if those families meeting Santa wish to contribute to one of our local Rotary charities.”
