Market Drayton Choral Society will present Carmina Comica, a humorous look at choral singing through the centuries. With words by Chris Lowe and music by Colin Sell, of BBC's I'm Sorry I Haven’t a Clue fame.

The performance will take place at the Festival Drayton Centre in Market Drayton on 26 April 2025. Both Colin Sell and Chris Lowe will be present.

Rehearsals for this exciting new work will begin on Wednesday evenings in January. Local singers are invited to join in on rehearsals and take part in the concert. Colin Sell will run a workshop as part of the rehearsals.

So don't miss out and put the date in your diary. This should be a really popular concert with tickets in high demand.

Contact the Festival Drayton Centre for tickets.

If you wish to take part in the singing on the night contact Harry Hitchen, Musical Director, on 07967 460921 or email hitchenharry@gmail.com for further information.
