Shrewsbury to Wolverhampton train line hit with circuit failure and track obstructions
A main trainline between Shropshire and the West Midlands has been hit by a circuit failure and obstructions on the tracks as the Storm Darragh chaos continues.

West Midlands Railway have said the Shrewsbury to Wolverhampton line has an electrical issue.
The line was already closed earlier today due to the high winds.
“Replacement buses have been requested,” West Midlands Railway said on social media.
Several train routes as well as roads have been disrupted by the storm.
