Robert Bebb, also known as Nicholas Bebb, was back in the dock at Shrewsbury Crown Court to face sentence for attacking two women.

The 35-year-old was described as having repeatedly kicked one of them so hard he “obliterated” her kidney. The other victim told the court how he threw hot coffee on her and bit her nose.

The sentencing for these offences came just over 12 months after Bebb was jailed for getting his friend to film him sexually assaulting a woman in her sleep.

Prosecutor John R.Oates outlined the latest set of offences.

He told the court that at around 11am on September 21, 2021, a neighbour of Bebb’s in Rectory Gardens, Hanwood, near Shrewsbury, was playing a computer game with noise cancelling headphones on when she heard a noise.

When she removed them, she heard a woman scream: “Argh! Get off me!”, and a man shouting: “F***ing shut up!”

She recognised the voices of both the victim and Bebb, and said the woman was “screaming out in pain”.

As she listened in, she heard what sounded like a man stamping, and “something being thrown repeatedly against a wall”.

“The witness thought she (the victim) had been killed,” Mr Oates said.
