Sitting on the English/Welsh border in the village of Priest Weston, the Miners Arms is a traditional pub with a lounge bar which includes three open fires, a kitchen and three bedrooms for owners to live in, as well as a garden with views across the countryside.
The pub is listed for sale for £15,000 and is available on "free of tie terms" from the landlord, which allows the tenant to purchase beer and other products from any supplier at market prices and, in exchange, the tenant pays higher rent and is responsible for repairs.
The description from Zoopla reads: "Character stone cottage style public house in sought after village with 'Olde Worlde' trading areas, lounge bar with three open fires, a catering kitchen and ancillary areas.
"There is a three-bedroom owners' accommodation, trade garden with outstanding country views and two large car parks.
"Available on sensible free of tie terms from private landlord."
