Flames rip through 70 tons of hay in barn fire
A fire engulfed a barn near Bridgnorth with around 70 tons of hay set alight.
Crews were called to tackle the blaze at a barn, in Quatt, at around 11pm on Tuesday night.
Firefighters used hoses, shovels, brooms and rakes to stop the blaze spreading.
Four fire crews attended the scene from Bridgnorth and Craven Arms.
Craig Jackson of the Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said once under control the fire was allowed to burn out, and that it was "believed to be of doubtful origin".
He encouraged anyone with information to call 101.
